We acquire, arrange capital, maximize asset management/performance with smart Fin Tech for real estate acquisitions and JV Partnerships. 

 Our main focus is acquisitions, redevelopment, development,  and reposition of off market, significantly below market value, real estate assets in all asset classes for long term hold or disposition with a strategy to maximize the highest and best use of each asset with the best financing options. $5m-$75m.

We also develop ground up developments, in ground assets, and renewable energy projects.  For select qualified individuals we have a JV Partnership Program to help you fund your hard to fund deals, or if you need a partner to maximize the asset, and or fast track your growth and explode your investment potential.
