Ernest Egan

Co Founder/Managing Member

Over 40 years of experience from the construction trades to closing multi million dollar transactions from the US to Hi. to Indonesia. Ernest Egan has moved up the ranks of business and real estate development. Ernest besides being a world class big wave surfer who has lived and redeveloped conscientiously in California, Kauai and Oahu, Ernest also pioneered an untapped surf market in Indonesia in the early 90's to what has now become a multi million dollar surf travel industry. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and an excellent communicator with deep core morals and values. Ernest has an entrepreneurial spirit with an open mind and very conscientious techcentric environmental plan to reduce carbon foot prints and have a fun positive community impact on all his investors, developments, management, and acquisitions.

Tara Azaroff

Ms. Azaroff currently serves as an Investor and Placement Advisor with TaraMarc Capital Partners, LLC with 25 years in the Commercial Real Estate followed by 6 years in the Automotive Industry as a Dealer as Dealer Principle and 12 years in the Service Industry.

MS Azaroff is currently the Managing Co-Managing Member with E Ventures, LLC and Managing Director of TaraMarc Capital Partners, LLC Ms. Azaroff held position as Director of Business Development with a Private Equity Firm for 3 years. Ms Azaroff co-founded Business Funding Corporation. Acted as managing partner. She served as branch manager for Ascent Home Loans / CITI Group Branch in Lincoln Nebraska. Prior, Ms Azaroff resided in Atlanta, Georgia, where she originated commercial and residential loans, managed and loan coordinator for a Broker Dealer and brokerage firms.

Ms. Azaroff served as CEO and Dealer Principal for Sport & Luxury Automotive, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia for 6 years. As a preowned exotic high line dealership servicing private inventories with deliveries in multiple states

Prior to Entrepreneurship and Finance Consulting Career, Ms. Azaroff was recruited to assist the successful opening of the Bent Creek Country Club, Lititz, PA. Then recruited by IRC International, Ms. Azaroff assisted in the successful opening of the Rio Bravo Concept’s Spec Store, by IRC International, in Dunwoody GA. The Brand would be valued by the NYSE for the sale and acquisition of the Rio Bravo Concept to Applebee International.

Ms Azaroff uses her extensive management, marketing, advertising, sales and concept/branding and coaching experience to further enhance others’ lives. Her primary focus is Capital Markets Placement to include ABL Commercial lending, In Ground Assets, Development and Project Funding.
